Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:
   1.1. The competition is open to residents of South Africa, specifically Cape Town, aged 15 years or over, except employees of Eikeboom Butchers and their close relatives or anyone otherwise connected with the organisation.
   1.2. Participants must have a valid email address and/or social media account to enter.
2. Entry Rules:
   2.1. The competition starts on 11 April 2025 and ends on 17th April 2025. Entries received after this period will not be considered.
   2.2. To enter, participants must go to our website to register and complete the entry form and submit.  Get an extra entry by following us on Facebook & Instagram.
   2.3. Entry is limited to three per person. 
3. Winner Selection and Notification:
   3.1. Winners will be chosen and notified via social media and email.
   3.2. The main prize winner will be notified via Email/Social Media within 7 days of the competition closing date. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, a new winner will be selected.
4. Prizes:
   4.1. The prizes are 

   1st Prize:  A WOPPA R350 Eikeboom Meat Voucher
   2rd Prize: R150 of the best Eikeboom Biltong Voucher or R150 of the best Eikeboom Droëwors Voucher
   3rd Prize: 10% off your next Eikeboom Purchase

5. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
   4.2. Eikeboom Butchers reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.

1. Publicity & Rights:
   5.1. By entering the competition, participants agree to the use of their name and image in any promotional material related to the competition.
   5.2. Any personal data provided will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

1. General Conditions:
   6.1. Eikeboom Butchers reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
   6.2. Eikeboom Butchers is not responsible for entries not received due to technical issues, lost internet connections, or other unforeseen failures.
   6.3. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with [Social Media Platform, if applicable].
2. Governing Law:
   7.1. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of South Africa and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
